According to Jessica's mod chat, apparently Leon made a group chat with her in it and basically agreed to not vote out Elza if Elza isn't dragged, but Jessica did not consent or agree to any of this and is just finding out and is pretty upset about it.
EDIT: She just posted her gripes about the situation in her confessional so you all can see.

It'll be interesting to see how Excella handles not having Elza around. I agree with her logic about the two of them splitting up, and I think Elza's uh, villainous tendencies could give Excella a rep she doesn't want if she doesn't make an effort to become her own player as she's doing here.

I think either choice would have been fine. I think Excella knows its okay to try some stuff and see if it works, and she's not leaving Elza high and dry which was the main perogative.

Holy shit. Sherry just did the worst possible move in the whole game. I didn't think we'd see HUNK abandoning his allies outdone so fucking fast, but Sherry just went "yeah, that person on the tribe you got voted off of? This person on it was my closest ally."

Yeah, so, that was a disaster. Need to write it up but I'm still getting over it. I'm not sure anyone's ever screwed up having immunity as badly as I did there. Biggest advantage of having immunity in the premerge = you don't have to get involved in the decision making, you can sit back and *know* that it's not going to hit you. So you don't have to burn any bridges, you can wait to see which way the vote is going and then commit once you know which side is going to win. I did not do that. I pushed to save someone who couldn't be saved, realised he couldn't be saved, kept trying anyway for a bit regardless probably because of sunk cost fallacy, then pivoted against him when the alternative target was another ally. And then to top that all off, he didn't end up getting voted for, *and* the person who got voted out is dragging away the person I saved so the two people I stuck with through the full phase are gonna be gone. Arghhhhhh Honestly I appreciate that hunk realizes how badly he played this round, I hope he doesn't get too down on himself for it but it's a good quality to recognize when you make mistakes and understand why they were mistakes |
