i do think sheva's game is one where she has space to spin it at FTC, because she definitely did stuff -- if anything, maybe too much -- and that opens up lots of arguments she can make

Tbf I think the biggest thing in the way of Sheva winning is not Sheva's game. It's Sheva's ability to explain her game, and also a question of how much the jury would want to vote for her regardless of her game.
