I'm already planning not to do so, independent of the feedback here. But I also know Night Howl and Ethan have been amazing co-mods so treat them well please <3

The outcast twist is part of the reason I was so frustrated the round I left. I don't think Bella's attitude leaned into what the outcast twist was and they continued to play a majority rules game. I was kicking myself for not just saying screw it and allowing myself to be eliminated instead of Sheva. But I also didn't want to be playing from behind all game when it was this large (and didn't expect to be iced the very next round)
So I don't mind the twist because I think it brings forth a valid issue the game has which is saying screw the person I'm eliminating.

I think there are good reasons for having the outcast rounds be hidden info, but I am curious how the gameplay would change if it were public info.

In regards to the Outcast tribe twist. I do like the idea of it, but I think the execution could have used a little bit of work on it. I think it should have been made aware to the players when it was first going to be happened. I know that we are basing Survivor off the TV Show Survivor, and the few times that it has happened, when there is a non elimination TC it was made aware to the players when it happened. So I think that it could have been kept a secret until the TC Phase started.
It's also a feels bad that the 4 people who were eliminated in the Outcast Tribe were all from the initial Tribe, though there was different factors in place for that. Though it has basically felt like a death sentence for the 2nd person in the duo that was Broken up by the first member being voted out of the game.
I also think that it would have been more interesting in the sense of the person who was voted off to the Outcast tribe would have pulled someone with them, but someone from a different tribe. This isn't a critique just that something that would have been possibly interesting.

I'll quickly respond to one point Sherry made around the discussion of the "pairs" and the outcast tribe.
Frankly, the way the swap was created (randomized) caused all the pairs we saw during the second swap and was never an intended design choice.
I understand the frustration you have there, and I think it's really valid considering your situation, but the thought of having so many pairs in the second swap was purely coincidental.

saw my name primarily agree with Lottie on this
but wanted to say the 'correct' play for me was "Hey Barry! I want to come with you!"
and I was somewhat aware that that was the correct play because switching tribes is always the correct play for me, but dismissed it because I had wanted to try to play differently from that this time around and didn't realize quite how bad my position was with Ada gone. (That being said I absolutely could've still gotten voted out immediately on Duke, it's just 'correct' in that it gives me the best survival chance.)

I will say that I really didn't want us to go a tribal after having Ada pulled, because I had thought at the time before the twist that we would still have Ada around.

Barry pulled like a boss. Love the Ada pull and regretted we didn't get to work together. I think Angela wanted to stay with her pair and I understood why. She was too vocal and I was out that weekend so I couldn't vouche for you when play started.

I'm not sure I understand the reasoning behind why HUNK wasn't allowed to be dragged last round. I get that it's because he had individual immunity but I don't get why having individual immunity would preclude someone from being dragged.
