seems like it would have been a really cool challenge, sorry it didn't work out mods based on the pics in Excella's confessional, C0de 16 is just the decimal values of ASCII characters (kind of funny she didn't figure that out after the previous code!)
Not ~too~ hard to recognize if you're familiar with the concept because it's a very specific range of numbers

Yeah. Honestly we almost did make it work with some tweaks and time credits to Blue Umbrella. Unfortunately Cipher 20 needed an additional solution key that the stupid encoder didn't bother to make clear to me when I made it.
Also Leon Kennedy posted the correct solution in his confessional, so this challenge was fully solvable without Cipher 20, however indicating Cipher 20 in any way would have lead Blue Umbrella to discover they'd incorrectly done the binary code cipher and would have easily clued them into the answer...so no matter how you split it we either had to say "do it without Cipher 20" which was possible and we could have, or given we'd had...literally 3 other errors before and time was already compromised due to unfortunate errors...there was no way we could fairly say we'd judged Blue Umbrella as there was no way to truly calculate how much time they'd spent trying to solve Cipher 20.

I'm sorry that the ciphers didn't work out, I can tell a lot of time went into designing them  .....HOWEVER I FREAKIN LOVE REBUS PUZZLES and I love this new challenge. Any chance the puzzles can be posted here after the challenge concludes |

So quite early on, Alice voted Matt. Katherine and Joe have both expressed being okay with Dog going. Matt and Dog don't want each other to go and I'm guessing Matt won't want to cut Katherine.
I have no idea what Ramon wants here.
This is quite an interesting and complicated tribal and I'm not sure it's gonna be as straightforward as I thought it might be leading up to it.

I'm reading Leon's confessional and I'm not sure how good his reads are. Or maybe some of them are correct but not for the reasons he thinks.
Like his F3 of Angela, Ramon, and Leon, he says Angela will stick to it because she's a Survivor stan and loves the idea of a secret crosstribal alliance, but in reality she spilled the existence of their chat instantly. I think there's a chance she does stick to it if they make it deep because I think she'll have a good chance to beat them all, but that's a long ways away.
Then Leon says he needs to cut Jess because she'll be hard to get out in the merge and she'll use him as a shield, and I just don't get it. I think the further Leon makes it, the more people are going to be seriously thinking about sitting next to him; and if anything Jess could potentially be a shield for him I think because I don't think anyone will want to actually sit next to Jess at the end because she's perceived as too much of a jury threat.
